This project aimed to break intergenerational unemployment in 3 of Australia’s poorest communities via provision of client centric, integrated and holistic services.
Using program logic and action learning approaches, ConNetica gathered data from clients, family members, project staff, external services and key stakeholders.
Partners in Recovery - Long Term Evaluations
PIR was an innovative approach to service provision for people with severe and complex mental health needs.
ConNetica completed 6 PIR evaluations over 2 – 3 year periods in Perth – WA, Wide Bay – Qld, Central Qld, West Moreton Region – Qld, North West Sydney and Illawarra – Shoalhaven Region – NSW.
Comprehensive data was gathered from consumers, carers, project team members, services and key stakeholders.
