WorksWell - enables you to identify, prioritise and implement workforce development initiatives that are tailored to the unique needs of your organisation and clients.

WorksWell is evidence based. The content reflects comprehensive workforce data detailed in the projects undertaken by ConNetica in the Aged Care Sector (2010) and Mental Health Sector (2009), best practice workforce development research and practical people management expertise.

WorksWell consists of 8 categories and 24 aligned elements. Categories include:
