Community Health Sector Workforce Analysis



In 2009 the Department of Communities, Community Mental Health commissioned ConNetica Consulting Pty Ltd to research the community mental health workforce and staff training needs. This research results are contained in two reports:        

Queensland Non-Government Organisation Mental Health Sector Workforce Analysis        
Queensland Non-Government Organisation Mental Health Sector Training Needs Analysis 



These reports have provided key evidence for the development of a range of sector and government workforce strategies in the Queensland mental health community sector. These strategies are developing the sector’s workforce capacity to meet the challenges and better respond to the needs of people with mental illness, their carers and families.
