ConNetica worked with a strategic business unit in Centrelink to develop a strategic HR plan. The approach used to develop this plan involved significant staff consultation. This level of engagement ensured that the specific needs of the team were identified and addressed in the plan. This approach enhanced staffs’ willingness to implement the plan's initiatives. The plan was finalized at an all team building workshop that was also facilitated by ConNetica. National community engagement project.

ConNetica was engaged to work with Centrelink’s strategic business unit to review the existing mechanisms and processes for stakeholder engagement. ConNetica developed a new national stakeholder engagement structure and processes that aligned with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
